A professor at Changsha University in Hunan, Changsha teaching public speaking for 6 years. In 2025 started teaching at North China Electric Power University in Hebei, Baoding. He is a wise, loving, charitable and energetic old kid and has become a grandfather figure to many of his students. During these years, he has visited over 20 of his students’ families in their hometowns and lived with them for short periods of time. Over time getting to know them and their families, he has become their trusted confidant, advisor and dear friend.
一位在湖南长沙长沙大学任教的教授，拥有六年公共演讲教学经验。2025年，他开始在河北保定的华北电力大学任教。他是一位睿智、慈爱、乐善好施、精力充沛的老顽童，深受许多学生的喜爱，被学生们视为慈祥的长辈。多年来，他曾到访过20多位学生的家乡，并在他们家中短暂停留。随着时间的推移，他逐渐了解了学生及其家人，成为了他们信赖的知己、顾问和挚友。

Coauthor YoYo was his student for 5 semesters before she graduated in 2022. She is an excellent and versatile young lady. Over the years, she often accompanies him as an interpreter, edits his social media influencer videos and has become one of the close trusted friends. She was in most of the stories in this book.

Wang Fei is affectionately called Denis’ “Little brother”. There is a story in the book about when Denis once saved Robin’s life.
